family date night

Even though we had just spent loads of money on groceries, we were having one of those moments when you look at your fridge full of food and feel as if there's absolutely nothing to eat. Feeling brave, we decided to take Noah and head on over to California Pizza Kitchen. Although it was 90 something degrees outside, we decided to sit on the patio just in case a meltdown would occur. That way, only about four pairs of eyes would stare at us instead of fifty. To our delight, he slept through the first part of it. Just as we were commenting how easy it was to eat out with Noah, he started yawning and stretching. Right when our food arrived, he realized that we left him in his carseat (how rude of us) and demanded to be held. Luckily, you can eat pizza with one hand.
